* Vendors must post their city & state business licenses in their booth space. Failure do so may result in TECF denying booth space; vendor fees may not be refundable.

Business description:	Please provide a brief description of your business/products; this information helps us avoid placing two vendors with extremely similar wares right next to each other. (For example, "Pet beds, cat toys, grooming supplies and other cat accessories" is more helpful than "Misc pet supplies".)
Info for announcer:	We plan to make several announcements throughout the weekend highlighting our vendors. Please provide a one- to two-sentence "blurb" that will tell listeners why they should visit your booth. (For example: "Susie's Cat Toys carries a fabulous array of amusements for that special cat in your life. Stop by today to take advantage of their Cat Expo special sale prices!")

Ring Sponsorships
A ring sponsorship is a great way to get some exposure for your business while helping to support the show! Every ring sponsorship includes free catalog advertising and a free business-card ad in the Spectator's Guide. Click here for complete details on what's included in a ring sponsorship. Payment Method: How will you pay for your vendor & advertising fees?I will pay for my fees using PayPal. I will mail a check or money order.

The Evergreen Cat Fanciers club [“The Club”] will provide vendor booth space in 10x10 foot increments, as well as tables/chairs, on a space-available basis and as paid for above. The Club does not assume any other obligations, responsibilities, or liabilities. The Club reserves the right to refuse booth space to, or to eject, any vendor whose conduct has caused problems with exhibitors, spectators, or show management.

By submitting this form, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and requirements listed on the VENDOR INFORMATION SHEET, as well as all terms set forth on this page. You are responsible for providing any equipment, labor and fixtures beyond that stated in this agreement. All fees must be paid in full before you will be allowed to set up. In addition to paying any rental fees for booth space and equipment ordered above, you agree to provide the Club with one or more raffle prizes with a total value of $25 or more by no later than noon on Saturday.

Additionally, by submitting this form, you agree to indemnify and hold the Club, the State of Washington, the City of Seattle, and the County of King, and their respective members, agents, officers, servants and employees, harmless from and against any claims relating directly or indirectly to your use of the space allocated to you; including, and without limitation, your actions in setting up and tearing down your booth space, and/or any loss due to theft or breakage.
